Be Authentically You
There is nowhere you must be and nothing you must do.
One of the traps of ego – I say ‘traps’ because ego is the part of us that isn’t free – is to believe we must be doing something and achieving things.
What if all you had to be was yourself? If you are enough? If you are so perfect in your flawed human way, that everything you came here to do could be achieved just by being you?
Right now, I dare you to go deeper. So deep that you find within yourself the truth of who you are.
Knowing that what is true for you, may not be true for those around you and that’s O.K.
If you could find your authenticity beyond all the stories and systems you’ve built up, and stay in that authenticity… what do you think would happen?
How about if you were placed on this earth so complete, that all you had to do was step up and into your integrity and not leave it?
I say ‘step up’ as it requires courage to leave behind the version of you that you’ve created to feel safe and as if you belong.
You already belong. You’re a part of the whole so could never not belong. You belong so much.
When you start to be very true to you, you will find things no longer match. This is because those people and / or things served as a reflection of your lack of alignment and / or acceptance of your role here.
You serve the world best by being the purest embodiment of yourself.
Stand by you; by your morals, your deeper truths and your standards. You are not wrong.
The more spiritual practices you have, the more divine light surges it’s power (shakti) through you. The more light you have, the more shadows you’ll see. It’s what we do with the shadows that decides our integrity.
You are always your best teacher but the polarity universe often requires you to meet other teachers on the way to knowing this. Once you know you’re your best teacher, you have to be brave and start acting like it!
Never underestimate the power of awareness. With self awareness comes responsibility. If you truly know yourself then you will know how to behave in all situations and circumstances and must follow this.
Until then, the journey is about noticing when you shrink back from your truth. Noting the times you didn’t listen to your heart, speak your truth or follow your intuition.
Since this is necessary in order to honour yourself, it is all O.K.
There will be times when you want to turn back the clock and try again. Sometimes you’ll feel you’ve made a terrible error and other times you’ll be upset by what you’ve said and done. On occasion you will want to go back to an easy ‘normal’ life.
It is in these times that you take your love to the next level and you deepen into your being.
The truth is the divine uses everything for the highest good, though we often can’t see or comprehend it.
The message here is to go easy on yourself and to become your best friend – knowing every strength and every weakness you have, will help you set boundaries. Then you will become a beacon of light for those so lost in conditioning they would never dare to be different.
This is the most important work you’ll ever do and all you need is you to do it.
You are going through an initiation out of victimhood and into womanhood. This means taking ownership of it all – your life- your rules – your way – your outcomes. You don’t need to do it all at once – baby steps are fine and stop you feeling overwhelmed.
This is the path of true transformation and it is the only way. There’s no hiding from truth and the more fully you reside there, the more fully your life will transform.
As we walk this path together my heart sends out to you a signal of love, so you know you are not alone.
In love, service and truth. Always.
